A little help, when you need it

Keep your focus on the habits that matter.

Find clear answers about LumoLoop, your subscription, reminders, widgets, and keeping your progress safe.

The essentials

Using LumoLoop

Make the app work the way you want, one small step at a time.

How do I create and complete a habit?

On Today, choose Add habit, give it a name, and set a schedule and target. Tap its completion control whenever you finish. Habits and history stay on this device unless you choose cloud sync.

How do reminders work?

Set reminders from a habit's settings. Android notification permission is only needed if you choose to use reminders. Quiet hours and each reminder's schedule are controlled in LumoLoop settings.

How do I add a LumoLoop widget?

Open Settings → Widgets to preview and configure a widget. On supported launchers, choose Add to Home Screen to request Android's confirmation. If direct pinning is unavailable, use the launcher's home-screen widget picker and choose LumoLoop.

How do I change themes?

Choose a theme in Settings → Appearance. LumoLoop's widget follows your selected app theme. Pro includes additional visual themes and a custom theme editor.

How do I use a challenge or routine?

Challenges guide a time-limited goal. Routines combine steps you can run together. Open the Challenges or Routines area to browse, schedule, or review your progress.

Your subscription

Billing & LumoLoop Pro

Google Play manages purchases and subscription changes.

How do I cancel LumoLoop Pro?

Cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can also open Google Play subscriptions. Removing LumoLoop does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open LumoLoop's Settings → LumoLoop Pro and tap Restore purchases. Make sure Google Play is signed in to the account that made the purchase.

When does my trial end?

Google Play shows the trial end date and the first charge before you confirm a trial. If you do not want to continue, cancel before the date shown in Google Play. LumoLoop displays the offer and localized subscription price supplied by Play.

How do I request a refund?

Refund decisions are handled by Google Play. Visit Google Play's refund request page and select the purchase. If you need help finding it, contact support with the Google Play order number; do not send payment-card details.

Can I buy LumoLoop Pro for life?

No. LumoLoop Pro is offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions through Google Play. There is no lifetime purchase.

Why is the price different in my country?

Google Play supplies the subscription's local currency and formatted price for your region. The app displays the price returned by Play for the active offer. The Play checkout screen shows the final amount and renewal terms.

I'm having a billing issue. What should I send?

Use Contact support and choose Billing & subscription. If available, include the Google Play order number and a short description. Never include a password or full card number. To manage/cancel, use Google Play subscriptions.

Your progress stays yours

Data, sync & backup

Choose how much of your data leaves your device.

Do I need an account to use LumoLoop?

No. Habits, reminders, and widgets work without an account. Signing in is only needed when you choose LumoLoop Cloud.

How does LumoLoop Cloud work?

LumoLoop Cloud is a Pro feature. In Settings, choose Unlock LumoLoop Cloud, sign in, then choose whether to upload this device or restore a cloud copy. Sync is opt-in; routine edits are coalesced before a scheduled daily sync.

How do I make a manual backup or restore one?

In LumoLoop, open Settings → Data. Pro members can export a JSON backup and restore it later from a file. Keep the backup somewhere safe; it can contain your habit history and notes.

Can I export my history?

Pro includes CSV and JSON export from Settings → Data. CSV is useful for spreadsheets; JSON contains a restorable backup.

What information is sent when I contact support?

In-app Contact Support adds the LumoLoop app version, Android version, device model, and a coarse support code. It does not attach habit names, notes, or habit history, and it does not add your account ID. The optional message is included only because you wrote it.

This static help page opens an email draft in your email app. It does not upload or store your message. App version and Android diagnostics are added automatically when Contact support is opened inside LumoLoop.

Your habits are private

LumoLoop does not automatically attach habit names, notes, or private habit history. In-app diagnostics are limited to app/device versions and a topic support code. Anything you choose to type into your message is sent to support.
